Heather Koehn

Heather Koehn is one of the Client Intake Specialists at Gottlieb Law. She is responsible for various administrative tasks including creating initial contact to clients and making the onboarding process seamless for new clients of the firm. Her work experience entails over ten years of customer service and two years of legal administration. Prior to Gottlieb Law, she has worked in retail, healthcare, traffic systems operations, and legal administration.

Heather is an avid traveler, reader, and an Educational Interpreter. Eight years ago, she started learning ASL and it led her to Arizona where she got a certificate in Deaf Studies and an Associate’s degree in Applied Science- Interpreter Preparation Program. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, watching movies, volunteering, and spending time with her boyfriend and their cats.
